Gift Cards

This card may only be used for making purchases at Jalapeno Tree Mexican Restaurants® and cannot be redeemed for cash or be used for gratuity. The value of this card will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or used without your permission. After 12 months (calculated as 30 days each), a $2.00 monthly service fee will be deducted from the remaining balance until depleted or until the card is used. Each use resets the 12-month grace period. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This card program is subject to revisions without notice.
